How do you lead an intentionally inter-generational congregation in a fractured culture where the generation gaps seem even more pronounced? Generations Church in Nanaimo is a thriving 95-year-old congregation that is home to six generations. This seminar will explore some strategies and struggles of being a church that deeply values all generations and believes it is missionally strongest when it pursues God’s intent for the church to be a multi-generational, spiritual family.
